Schedule for a Diagnosing Period to identifying the right change initiatives followed by a gate review, with the purpose to obtain approval and commitment to proceed with the change initiatives. The diagnose period takes 1-2 weeks.
The choice to select change initiatives on your own or let me support you through the change initiatives 1-2 days a week in the suggested period.

Diagnose period are often 1-2 weeks.
Change Initiatives between 6-18 months.

Diagnose Period (1-2 weeks) From 60.000-120.000 DKK
Middle-sized company 1 day a week for 6-9 months is 50.000 DKK pr month.
Middle-sized company 2 days a week for 6-9 months is 85.000 DKK pr. month.

It depends on the need for change initiatives and size of the company. The aim of the diagnose period will clarify how many people needs to be involved to address the specific challenges.
Yes, as we are irrational humans, but I sustain to prevent the fall-back loops – I don’t launch & Leave.
Normal change initiatives can take up to 9 to 18 month depending on the changes. Culture changes can take even a longer period of time.
It depends on how transformations KPI & KBI (Key Behaviour Indicators) are linked directly to the P&L with definition and measurements – Often it takes 9-12 month to see benefit improvement in the P&L.
You will see change in the behaviour before you see the direct effect in P&L, hence the “Behaviour is our culture in action” that drives the P&L. Depending how many change initiatives, the change readiness and change ability in your organization, it takes from 9-18 month to sustain the change initiative with leaders with high emotional intelligence.
Yes, but only if they want to. People do not come to work to make mistakes or with the behaviour of not performing, or with a mindset or willingness of not executing the strategy. Instead, people are in roles, processes or functions that do not support the strategy execution but only the performance in the day-to-day business. And on top, way too often lead by a specialist and not a conscious leader with high emotional intelligence, that has the ability to unfold the employees potential, cope with the uncertainties, know the nature of empathy, to listen and reflect to cause correct for the company to realize their strategy. Even the best plans can fall into the strategy execution gap. The gap between what’s needs to get done linked to strategic objectives and what is getting done.
