Business Change
I help you leading change
Are you struggling to reach your strategic objectives due to constant change?
Is the cost of a full-time change partner too high, but recognize the need for extra support for a specific period?
No solutions fit all. When strategy execution fails with rates up to 70% – behavior factors can be the glue to strive for greater impact.
Do you recognize any of the following:
- The day-2-day business focus on performance and very little on behavior factors, transformational activities, change ability and change readiness?
- Do you have enough slack in your business to cope with challenges and learning new ways of working?
- How much focus has performance boards compare to transformation boards?
- What is your daily reflection time?
- How do you measure success? Only by KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) or with KBI’s (Key Behavior Indicators) – How do we work together!
- Have you created psychology safety for your team to fail and learn?
- What is the cost of being off-task?
I specialize in helping small and mid-sized companies navigating change, with focus on behavioral factors impacting the strategy execution. With tailored change initiatives that target the hurdles, I strive for a higher success rate by setting your leaders up for success.
I help you leading change
Through a customized partnership, I can help you and your business with:
- Balancing the social side/people side of your strategy execution
- Supporting the business with change readiness and change ability
- Hands on how to perform & transform your business to reach strategic objectives.
- Way too often the focus is to be as efficient as possible, with no time or condition to change. If you don’t create the “slack”, your transformations plan will not get the desire outcome. Read more about slack.
- Adoption of AI – There are competing priorities behind AI’s early adoption, and competing perspectives on why it belongs (or doesn’t) in the organization. This conflict should be addressed openly and rationally, rather than passively or solely politically.

The Process
Explore the four phases and how we together build the capacity and momentum for reaching your strategic objectives with a greater impact. Even the best plans can fall into the strategy execution gap. The gap between what’s on paper and what your people actually do.
The Diagnose Phase
Prior to the four phases is a 1-2 week diagnose phase in which I carefully listen, observe, and connect with key stakeholder to understand the business hurdles and the need for change.
Outcome: Tailored Change Initiatives.
Upon reviewing and approving the tailored change initiatives, the four-phase process begins.
The four phases
-
1. Set Direction
Define an initial transformation plan, including your desired outcomes, interventions and programs, potential barriers, and participants. Second, to build rapport and establish trust with your key players to build a durable political coalition for change.
-
2. Discover by Doing
Depending on the organization’s goals, together we launch a series of pilots to validate our initial plan and prove to any skeptics that change is indeed possible. Through test-and-learn sprints, I coach teams to chase their desired outcomes and transparently share their progress with the organization.
-
3. Accelerate the Impact
With lessons learned from the initial pilots, we then spread successful experiments and tackle the biggest bets of the transformation. Here we also begin using more formal measurement tactics to assess both internal acceptance and the program’s early results.
-
4. Sustain by Building
Supporting StructuresDepending on the need, together we will build lasting capabilities either through centers of excellence or communities of practice, or a combination of the two. At the end, a final assessment of the program and ensure you have a roadmap for ongoing change.
